The quarterly meeting of the Dawson County Library Board of Trustees will be held Monday, April 20, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at the Dawson County Library, 342 Allen Street, Dawsonville, GA.

The quarterly meeting of the Lumpkin County Library Board of Trustees will be held Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at the Lumpkin County Library, 342 Courthouse Hill, Dahlonega, GA.

The quarterly meeting of the Chestatee Regional Library System Board of Trustees is scheduled for Monday, April 27, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at the Dawson County Library, 342 Allen Street Dawsonville, Ga. 30534.

All meetings are open to the public. Members of the audience may be allowed to speak at the end of the regular business session, if recognized by the Chairman. Visitors may not participate in board discussion of items on the agenda.

 
Full STEAM Ahead @ Your Library Print E-mail

Due to a generous grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, the Dawson and Lumpkin County public libraries are excited to continue STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) programming for the rest of the year!

We’re moving full STEAM ahead with our children, tweens, and teens, too! Dawson and Lumpkin libraries will be offering monthly, themed STEAM programs. These programs are designed to engage patrons in grades K- 12, and are FREE.

So join us at the library in 2015 as we discover new worlds together!
